NGBS certification is available for multi-family, single-family, new construction, and remodel projects. Eco Achievers has extensive experience with the NGBS Remodel path, particularly for HUD 223(f) refinancing projects seeking the green MIP rate reduction. We’ve supported lenders, developers, and owners throughout the country to achieve NGBS certification for their projects.
